aespa's Karina Discusses Lollapalooza Set in ELLE Korea
she opened up about their lollapalooza 2026 set, late-night practice and treating tour like actual travel
karina sat down with ELLE Korea and started dropping stage wisdom like she isn't one of the most-watched performers on the planet. the interview? kind of profound actually.
she talked about aespa's Lollapalooza 2026 set in chicago, sharing that the members practiced late into the night because it had been a while since they did a festival. they built the setlist around songs they don't usually perform — exactly the we're-gonna-EARN-this-crowd energy i respect.
then karina got real about nerves, calling nervousness “one of the precious emotions that humans can experience.” she said when she's nervous she actually makes FEWER mistakes. reframing anxiety as a feature not a bug — she's literally healing us.
she also said she likes to explore whatever city the tour lands in, pointing out that the word “tour” basically means travel — a very grounded outlook as aespa rolls through their “SYNK: COMPLæXITY” world tour.
MY is out here getting a TED talk disguised as a magazine pictorial. karina we are listening. 🖤

MONSTA X Open North American Tour Leg in Fairfax
back on US soil after four years and MONBEBE are, understandably, not okay (positive).
MONSTA X returning to America after FOUR years? the wait is officially over.
the group kicked off the North American leg of their 'THE X : NEXUS' tour in Fairfax — their first US show in about four years. for a fandom that's been extremely patient, this is less a concert date and more a long-awaited reunion.
MONSTA X live is a specific kind of chaos: the heavy choreo, the vocals, the sheer stage stamina. bringing that back to North American MONBEBE after this long is going to be genuinely emotional (read: unhinged, in the best way).
MONBEBE, your boys are back on the continent. hydrate before the show. 🔥
